            • Structure:

              	Back 	Hard-wearing PU backing protects cords from exposing at belts edges. Also belts are thin enough to lower heat and increase belt life.	Body Highly flexible polyurethane (PU).  Because of the casting method and the capillary effect, allowing the superior bonding with tensile cords.  Integrally formed profiles, providing belts with accuracy and strength.	Tooth 	Hard-wearing and tough PU teeth and backing are integrally formed and resistant to break. For this reason, cords are completely protected. The teeth rigidity and strength enhance shear resistance against tooth slip.	Tensile cords Galvanized steel cord and aramid tensile members are available.    A: steel cord 	It will not stretch or fatigue during continuous operation, providing tooth shear strength and load capacity under shock applications.  	Stainless steel cord is also available and particularly suitable in the erodent environment.  B: aramid fiber 	Since aramid tensile cord combines extraordinary strength and superior shock load capacity, it is flexible and counterbending; therefore, it is favorable for oridinary or non- magnatic driver.  	Compard with steel cord, lightweight is characteristic of aramid fiber.

                High wear resistant PU minimizes dusting and is especially suitable for clean rooms, food and beverage industry.
              ● Non-Slip
                Belts teeth mesh with pulleys, assuring the smooth transmission against tooth jump, friction and speed variation.
              ● Free of Maintenance
                Compared with chains or gears, the cost of lubrication and maintenance is few.  
              ● Low Pre-tension
                Only low initial tensioning, motor and bearing loads are minimized, enjoying longer belt life.

              • Speeds range from 0 to over 20000 RPM.
              • Ideal for low, medium and high power range. For example, sustained transmission of high torque level at low speed, high power transmission at high speed or shock loads. 
              • High degree of efficiency: allows friction-free drives with an efficiency of 99% and also lowering the operation costs.

                Standard hardness is 83 Shore A. 60, 73, 78, 90 and 95 Shore A are made-to-order.
